Punching 12mm 30 diameter, A 4m 180 tonne folder capable of folder 10mm over 2.5m lengths, guillotining 12mm over 2.5m lengths. Powered rollers 10mm over 3m lengths.
With other in house forming equipment to include hand folder and hand rollers.
Two band-saws up to 400mm jaw widths.
Machining capabilities include milling and turning along with radial drilling and pillar drilling.
Welding capabilities include spot, M.M.A (coded) M.I.G. (coded) & T.I.G welding all to a very high standard.
Plasma cutting up to 10mm mild steel, rolling up to 10mm 2.5m long.

We operate small fleet of vehicles to include two, two tonne transit open back vehicles, transit box van, a multi seat carrier/box van and an additional small box vehicle.
